The Role:  

The Associate Digital Account Manager will report to the Director of Client Solutions, working collaboratively and cross-functionally with Sales, Client Operations, Content & Engagement, Analytics, Technology, and members of the Leadership team. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally for client programs. 
The Associate Digital Account Manager should have strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, excellent writing and editing skills in English, exceptional communication skills, and a general understanding of the pharmaceutical marketing landscape.    
This role is 100% remote with minimal travel for client meetings and quarterly company meetings. An East Coast location is preferred, but not required. 
 
      

Responsibilities:  

  • Manage custom digital programs independently, including technical and operational aspects of such programs, with a focus on superior customer service 
  • Work closely with senior team members to learn and improve client programs and performance 
  • Responsible for generating stand-alone copy or text to complement visual concepts created by the client’s creative team 
  • Evaluates programs with a strategic lens and identifies areas for improvement; works cross-functionality to optimize program performance and enhances client interactions with precise campaign strategy 
  • Consolidates program learnings and creates recommendations to share with Director & Sales 
  • Serves as the SME on matters of campaign execution and educates partners on company services, customizable offerings and effective med/legal/regulatory (MLR) approval strategies that align with brand objectives 
  • Assists the Director of Client Solutions in creating strategies for increased client retention 
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities daily and is actively engaged with the team; maintains a positive attitude when faced with challenges and is solution-focused
  • And other duties as assigned 
 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors’ degree 
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a client facing role with a proven track record of success managing multi-faced programs 
  • Digital & Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is preferred  
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with knowledge of American Medical Association editorial guidelines 
  • A passion for writing and the willingness to learn from other creative professionals 
  • Self-starter with the ability to understand and set priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and design work plans to track progress, resolve issues, and efficiently and effectively see tasks to completion  
  • Medical Legal Review (MLR) submission experience preferred 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills 
  • Experience with online marketing and marketing analytics  
  • Results-driven, able to self-direct and work independently in a virtual work environment  
  • Flexible and able to easily adapt to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities  
  • Ability to facilitate communication across lines of business within an organization  
  • Must possess strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $60,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
