Team Overview

The Client Delivery Services (CDS) team delivers timely and accurate configuration and design of client solutions. They are an integral part of the Client Services team to support the onboarding, expansion and configuration of changes related to MMIT products for our clients.

Job Description

The Configuration Analyst (CA) plays a vital role in the technical delivery of client solutions within CDS. They are responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing client-specific solutions based on technical and functional requirements. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and technical expertise to ensure seamless delivery of customized solutions. The CA collaborates closely with internal teams, such as project managers (PM), Business Analyst (BA), Developers, and Quality Assurance (QA), to ensure successful project execution.
 
In this role as a Configuration Analyst, you will:
  • Customize and configure software systems, applications, or platforms according to the specific needs and requirements of each client, ensuring that solutions are aligned with project objectives. 
  • Work with business analysts and project managers to understand the functional and technical requirements of each project, translating them into configuration settings and technical specifications.
  • Own the technical delivery phase by supporting the deployment of configurations, managing the migration of systems, and ensuring smooth transitions during client go-live.
  • Thoroughly QC and collaborate with QA Analysts and BA’s to test configurations and customizations, ensuring that all settings function correctly in both test and production environments before final delivery
  • Prepare and maintain documentation outlining configuration steps and processes.
  • Need to excel in environments of ambiguity, change, and rapid iteration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience in configuration, technical support, or implementation roles.
  • Proficiency in configuring software systems or platforms, with a deep understanding of client requirements, data mapping, and system integrations.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of Pharma and Market access space. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and working collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred.
